HOW TO APPLY

You can apply for housing by calling the Housing Authority office :  920-849-7042

and requesting an application.

OFFICE HOURS:      Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

You may also print an application  off of this website.   Once you have received an application, complete it and return to:

                        Chilton Housing Authority

                        312 Bonk St.

                        Chilton, WI  53014

You must submit an application so your name can be put on the waiting list for either elderly or families.   The application must include the  full Name of the Head of the Household,  full names of all members of the household, Social Security numbers , place of birth and date of birth and citizenship status.  If you have any questions about how to fill out the application, please call the Housing Authority.

YOU MUST COMPLETE AND SEND IN AN APPLICATION IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR NAME PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST. 

Waiting lists exist for both elderly and families.   The number of applicants changes frequently.
